How will I know if my water heater is nearing the end of its life?

What is the difference between a tankless and a tank water heater?
Tankless water heaters do not store water in a tank. They have high-powered burners, which allow for quick distribution of hot water on-demand. A tank water heater stores hot water for use when needed, which is why it is possible to “run-out” of hot water if you have the wrong size. Both have pros and cons, with a tank water heater being more familiar, dependable, and budget-friendly. A tankless water heater takes up much less space, is more energy-efficient, and often lasts longer. Ultimately, it depends on your needs!
What warranties will I receive?
Our warranties include a 1 year labor warranty on everything, a 10 year parts warranty for HVAC, and a 6 year parts warranty for water heaters. Depending on the manufacturer, some units have lifetime warranties.
