Nate Thelen, Thelen Mechanical, along with Austin replaced my water softener last year. Both of them walked us through what needed to be done. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

They were here discussing it more than once and very patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very, very pleased.

Caleb Malek was very good to work with. He is very knowledgeable and informative. There was no problem for him to answer any of my questions and educate me on my concerns. Caleb also had good suggestions for me to consider.

Had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday night and after calling 5 others who couldn't come for 2-3 days Thelen had a tech to us in about an hour who solved the problem quickly. The technician was great and provided great service. Really appreciate them helping us out with our situation.

My kitchen sink was sporadically not draining and backing up. Thelen plumbing fixed it. They ended up having to redo some of the plumbing under the sink because it wouldn't allow for snaking the pipes. They clearly explained what needed to be done and why. They were obviously knowledgeable. They thoroughly checked their work before they left to make sure everything was cleared. The cost was reasonable given the time of the job. The plumbers I worked with are Joe and Caleb. They were super friendly and professional. Thelen came recommended by my neighbor, and I'm glad we went with this company.

Ben was able to come out after we saw some water under the toilet that we just had sat. After we pulled the toilet, called Thelen to have a tech (Ben) come out and replace the cracked flange and reset the toilet for us.! It took him 30 min or so and saved us hours of Youtube videos and probably our marriage!

This company is so trustworthy and efficient! I was referred through word of mouth and so glad I had them come out to service my furnace fan and ac unit. So glad I decided to wait it out with the original contractor I had contacted and had Thelen mechanical come out a few days later. They were fast, efficient and explained everything perfectly! Definitely recommend!
