Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed and insured in the state of Minnesota for both your peace of mind and the safety and integrity of our employees.
Do you offer free inspections?
We are happy to offer complimentary consultations to our customers.
Do you offer financing?
HVAC and plumbing issues never happen at convenient times, do they? We offer financing with both Synchrony Bank and Service Finance with convenient monthly payment options.
What warranties will I receive?
Our warranties include a 1 year labor warranty on everything, a 10 year parts warranty for HVAC, and a 6 year parts warranty for water heaters. Depending on the manufacturer, some units have lifetime warranties.
What happens during a heating tune-up?
When you schedule a heating tune-up from us, we’ll thoroughly clean the internal components of your heating system and inspect them for early signs of damage.
How will I know if my boiler or furnace are starting to fail?
You may notice some warning signs, including leaks, unpredictable or uneven heating, bad odors, and noises. These are all good signs that you should schedule an inspection before you lose heat.
How often should I have my heating system serviced?
It’s important to be proactive when caring for your boiler or furnace. We recommend a yearly heating tune-up to keep your heating system functioning well, and you in control of any potential issues. Our maintenance plan is a great option for this!
My heating system has gone out! Do you offer emergency services?
We do! Give us a call, and we’ll get there as soon as possible. We even have an after-hours answering service with a 1-hour response time to guarantee you aren’t left in the cold.
What are the signs that my HVAC system needs repairs?
Look out for unusual noises, reduced airflow, inconsistent temperatures, and increased energy bills. If you notice any of these signs, it’s time to schedule an inspection with a pro!
